The leader of PAP Youth Union, the Secretary of PAP parliamentary faction Vahe Enfiajyan has sent an open letter to the government, where the complaints from the local residents of four communities of the Gegharkunik region has again been raised related to the waterlines and highways.

Mr. Enfiajyan notes that the problems of the residents have not been solved until now.
