PAP president Gagik Tsarukyan met with young people participated in the 8th  Open Championship of intellectual game "What? Where?When?” held in Israel on November 11-14. "Multi Group-Noy-Arsenal” team at the championship competed with masters such as Maxim Potashov, Alexander Druz and other well-known intellectuals. For the first time in a row with the famous teams, “Multi Group-Noy-Arsenal” team was recognized as the best one.

Gagik Tsarukyan wished young intellectuals to hold high the honor of the country. "Congratulations to you, there's nothing impossible, just need to prepared, to participate and achieve results. We will do everything possible and you should be able to represent our country on high level",- said in the speech PAP president.
