THE REGIONAL FORUM OF NATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEES OF THE BALTIC AND CIS STATES HELD IN YEREVAN

On November 11-14 in Yerevan held a forum with representatives from National Olympic Committees of the 11 CIS and Baltic countries. Forum opening ceremony was held today at "Armenia Marriot" hotel.
Тhe president of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia Gagik Tsarukyan welcomed the participants. In his welcoming speech, President NOCA wished the audience good luck and productive work.
The forum discussed the opening of the Olympic Games of London 2012 and Sochi 2014 and preparatory work. Representative of the Organizing Committee of Olympic Winter Games, Sochi 2012 Alexandra Savina took the floor. She presented the process of building complexes for the upcoming Winter Olympic Games, and organizational work.

On 13th November guests will visit the sights of Armenia and will be hosted by the President of the NOCA Gagik Tsarukyan. On the same day evening in the Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre after A. Spendaryan will be held a solemn ceremony dedicated to 20 and the anniversary of the NOCA.
