On February 2, president of "Prosperous Armenia" Party, head of the PA(Prosperous Armenia) political faction in the National Assembly Gagik Tsarukyan informed the journalists that the political power which he leads is against the tax incearse in RA in the conditions of world financial crisis. 

"If the taxes increase in this period, we will again vote against it. Today we must be able to lessen, to freeze the taxes in order for people to come out of the crisis", mentioned Gagik Tsarukyan and also added, that if the government does not come up with certain measures  then the world financial crisis can harm the state economy. 

Journalists’ attention is also on «Prosperous Armenia» Party’s fourth congress to be held on February 12.  To the question “Does “Prosperous Armenia” Party have an objective of passing to the opposition field” Khachik Galstyan, newly signed spokesman of the party leader Gagik Tsarukyan, gave an answer, that "Prosperous Armenia" Party does not have such aim and will continue its activity within the part of coalition government. The spokesman gave an importance to the activity of Mass Media in the establishment processes of  civil society and democratic state.
