Dear compatriots,
I heartily congratulate you on one of the biggest achievements of united nation on the occasion of the proclamation of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic independence.
The Artsakh people could resist in the imposed to them unequal battle, and to realize their inviolable right to live in safety at homeland and decide their own fate. 20 years of independence showed that the spirit of Artsakh citizen is adamant that he continues to live and create on his own land, develop his country and strengthen its statehood.
On the way to the acquisition of the desired independence thousands of Armenians with the cost of their blood have created the heroic way with which today we are proud. Our responsibility is always to keep bright the memory of heroes who sacrificed their lives without a trace to fatherland and remember that for the complete independence of Artsakh people and the international recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, we still have much to do.
Again and again, I congratule you with 20th anniversary of Artsakh independence and I wish to our people strength, faith and unity.
