On 17th of November in the Sports-Concert Complex after Karen Demirchyan the president of “Prosperous Armenia” party, NOCA President, NA deputy Gagik Tsarukyan granted with nominal “Gagik Tsarukyan” foundation scholarship, amounting to $ 500, more than 120 students studying in different institutes of higher education in Armenia.

PAP president Gagik Tsarukyan noted that the mission of the event is to support the gifted and active in the public sphere students, and also noted that such events each year will be expanded, and talented students will be encouraged.

Also a surprise was prepared for the president of “Prosperous Armenia” party. By decision of the World International Fund for friendship and humanism the president of “Prosperous Armenia” party Gagik Tsarukyan was awarded the medal "For Humanism”.

The event aims to support active, showing high performance and achieved outstanding success in science students.

The ceremony of scholarship granting was followed by a concert on the occasion of International Students Day.
