The outgoing 2010 has been for us a year of hard work, ensuring the stable development of our country, opposition to internal and external problems. As a result of diligent and consistent work, no matter what happened, we were able to save our society from social and political stresses and in certain areas of public life reached success. It gives us hope and optimism about the future. I am confident that the 2011 will be a year of new wins, acquisitions and progress.
