Mayor of Abovyan Karapet Guloyan in his interview to the”Post Skriptum" notes the problems the city facing and already existing solutions. Mr.Guloyan is sure that every mayor should prescribe to himself disadvantages and advantages of the city.
As an achievement Mr. Guloyan appointing cultural and historic shrine, as a gateway to the city, church unique in its kind which is constructing with the efforts of Gagik Tsarukian. Speaking about European values, Mr. Guloyan stressed that the family is the most important value in Armenian society.
