Dear compatriots, my dear brothers and sisters of Artsakh and Diaspora,

Another year becomes history at the moment, with all its losses and achievements, fulfilled and lost dreams.

Unfortunately, the 2023 year will remain in history as the year of the loss of the Armenian Artsakh, which is an open wound for all concerned Armenians. However, we do not have the moral right to despair and give up. The memory of our heroes who shed blood for every centimeter of our motherland compels us to work harder every day to make their dreams come true.

I am sure that all our compatriots have only one New Year's wish: safety and stability. I am deeply confident that unitedly and with the support of our allies, we can ensure the security and well-being of our country. For achievement of all the mentioned things we need to eliminate the existing hostility and intolerance in our country, to create an atmosphere of solidarity and unity. Today, more than a hundred thousand of our brothers and sisters forcibly displaced from Artsakh will welcome the New Year in Armenia. Let us do everything possible to make them feel at home, give them love and warmth, because today, more than ever, they need it.

In these last minutes of the year, I want to talk openly about my dreams. I, Gagik Tsarukyan, have done and will do everything to help my people, to make my country stronger and more prosperous.

I will continue living and working in my country, building in my country and creating new jobs and new opportunities for my compatriots. I will continue helping people who need my help, to the best of my ability.

I am sure that millions of Armenian families will raise a glass to our army, soldiers and officers in these minutes. Peaceful service to all of them. Eternal glory and reverence to the memory of our fallen heroes...

Dear brothers and sisters, let us welcome the 2024 year with hope and optimistic anticipation, let us believe that we leave the difficulties and trials that seem unsolvable to the passing year.

I heartily congratulate all of you on the New Year and Christmas holidays, I wish you peace, stability and well-being.
