President of
the National Olympic Committee of Armenia Gagik Tsarukyan came to congratulate
jubilee of the sports institutions.

College
students became European and the World champions, as well as prize winners of
the Olympic Games. It is in this college studied European and World champion,
prize winner of the Beijing Olympics weightlifter Tigran Martirosyan.

Gagik
Tsarukyan got round the college territory, got acquainted with the educational
and sporting terms. Gyumri State Olympic Sports College is always under daily
care of NOCA President. Even last year, with funding from the charitable
foundation “Gagik Tsarukyan" was updated material and technical base of
the college. On the place NOCA President instructed to provide with computers
college’s audiences, and promised that next year sports institution will have a
new sports complex with an area of 4 thousand square meters, which will be
provided with the appropriate to the highest standards sports equipment.
