I welcome the 4th congress of «Prosperous Armenia» Party on behalf of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation. There are many newly established parties in our days but it is hard to talk about all of them with the same respect as we talk today about “Prosperous Armenia” Party. 

In a very short time “Prosperous Armenia” Party established its own original signature, its description and character and in this regard the existence of “Prosperous Armenia” party in our political life is valuable. Within the frames of coalition we already have years of co-operation with “Prosperous Armenia”; coalition, which was formed with the objective of having powerful Armenian state. 

Our co-operation with “Prosperous Armenia” Party was not limited to this. We are also planning co-operation within the frames of the issue of “Hay Dat(Armenian Cause)”, which I truly encourage. 

I once again welcome the fourth congress of “Prosperous Armenia” Party on behalf of ARF and wish success to all participants of the congress. I sincerely wish you all to be true to the signature that was adopted by the PAP administration.
