In the Sport and Concert Complex after Karen Demirchyan was convened the Constituent Assembly of Armenian-Russian Union of non governmental organizations.








 

After the scheduled speeches with the support of the initiative group with an overwhelming majority Gagik Tsarukyan was elected as the chairman of Armenian-Russian Union of non governmental organizations.
