Yesterday “Prosperous Armenia” faction secretary, the chairman of PAP pre-electoral headquarter of Yerevan alderman elections Aram Safaryan in one of his interviews mentioned that PAP central headquarter is in its formation stage. ”Many of our commune headquarters and sub-headquarters are already formed. There are hundreds even thousands of PAP members who are included in preparatory stage of the elections and we have already convened many consultations, and we will observe attentively the formation of commissions, as well as the selection and guarantee of our representatives”, - stated Mr. Safaryan.

To the question “if the Yerevan alderman elections are considered political or ordinary local  autonomous bodies elections” Mr. Safaryan answered, “I will tell my personal opinion, these elections cannot be considered as nonpolitical, because political parties take part in these elections”.

The chairman of PAP central headquarters Aram Safaryan once more reaffirmed the determination of “Prosperous Armenia” Party to exclude the presence of electoral falsifications and violations during Yerevan alderman elections. “We disposed people to check and disclose all the information about electoral falsifications and violations”, - mentioned Aram Safaryan in his speech.
