The Fourth Congress of “Prosperous Armenia” Party records that righteous and peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict continues to remain number one problem of foreign policy of the Republic of Armenia. Moscow declaration in November 2008 and the announcements of OSCE Foreign Ministers in December 2008 about the principles of Conflict Settlement in Nagorno Karabagh after restoration of seize-fire in the zone of conflict is treated as a progress and create necessary ground to impel the process via peaceful negotiations. 

Supporting the principles of peaceful settlement adopted by Armenian authorities, we are convinced that on the basis of concession those principles are sufficient to resolve Nagorno Karabakh Conflict.

Strengthening of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh is the challenge for the whole Armenian Nation and should be achieved with the help of united endeavors of Local and Diaspora Armenians.

We do not accept any kind of effort of splitting Armenian public, of destabilizing internal political situation that is being undertaken via speculating the Nagorno Karabakh Conflict. We call the political forces of Armenia to keep themselves aside of such policies, which can damage our national union and weaken our position during negotiation phase.

“Prosperous Armenia” Party successively will take part in strengthening the fighting efficiency of Military Forces of Armenia in  increasing the patriotic upbringing of raising generation in unifying efforts of Armenian Army and Nation and for the most supreme goal in unifying all sound forces to protect our motherland.
