Under the auspices of RA minister of sports and youth affairs, “Prosperous Armenia” political council member Armen Grigoryan the implemented project called “Affordable apartments to young people” will be carried out under two directions:

-    Issuance of loans which can be paid off in 10-15 years time by no percent to the extent of 30% sum which is needed for mortgage credit prepayment. In the presence of under-age children in the young family, 10% will be subtracted from 30% for each child.

-    Partial subsidizing of mortgage credit by the state. In the presence of under-age children,  10% of mortgage credit will be subsidized for every child until the child reaches his full legal age.

RA citizen under the age of 18-30 can apply as well as young families (a family, where one of the spouses’ age does not exceed 30, or a single parent whose age does not exceed 30 either and who is taking care of child)
