Dear graduates of Armenia and Artsakh,

I warmly congratulate you on this symbolic day of school graduation. Today's last lesson at school will be followed by the lessons of your new exciting life, where you will learn and teach something new every day. Adolescence and youth is the period when the impossible becomes possible if you believe in your potential and follow your dreams.
Dear graduates, on this symbolic day, I’d like to call on you to deeply love our Motherland, to appreciate the happiness of having statehood every second, and to spare no effort to make the future of our Motherland safer and brighter.
With special warmth, I want to congratulate all the graduates of the besieged Artsakh, their parents and teachers. You are going through ordeal with uncomplaining perseverance, showing the whole world that Artsakh is unbreakable, and our brothers and sisters of Artsakh are doing everything to preserve the sacred right to live in their historical homeland.
Dear graduates, your generation owes a debt to the memory of all our heroes who rest in Yerablur. You have a moral obligation to get a good education, to become a good specialist and a good citizen for our country, to do everything possible to make our country prosper, because the borders of this country were drawn with the blood of those heroes. And on that way, I am always ready to be by your side, to help and support you so that your dearest dreams come true.
God bless us all...
