I heartily congratulate you on the Victory and Peace Day 9th of May. On this auspicious day of May victories, we are inclined to you; give a tribute of respect and gratitude to thousands of Armenian sons, which residue-free given their lives for freedom and independence of our homeland.

Your selfless example was followed by today's heroes of Artsakh liberation war; with their blood they proved the right of peaceful and dignified existence of the Armenian people. We have paid excessively high price for freedom today and should piously revere and preserve the immortal memory of our heroes.

All veterans of Great Patriotic War and the Artsakh liberation war should receive special attention from our state and nation. Their merit is excessively high in the establishment of our independent homeland. Today they should have a decent life and high social status in our society.

Again and again I congratulate veterans of Great Patriotic War and the Artsakh liberation war; I wish you good health, happiness and peace and prosperity to our people.
