With the war in April, the president of Azerbaijan attempted to extend his corrupt power. Opposition Prosperous Armenia National Assembly (PAP NA) Faction member Mikayel Melkumyan, who is also a member of the Armenian NA delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), on Friday stated the aforementioned in his address at the PACE.

Mikayel Melkumyan stressed that it is also indispensable to stop the sale of weapons to Azerbaijan, since there still is a need to be held accountable for its conseque.
