Secretary  of the faction of the Prosperous Armenia Party  and Head of the  Youth Union of the PAP Vahe Enfiajyan and also member of the political council of PAP, AECR council member as well as European Conservatives and Reformists Alliance board member  Armen Arzumanyan are  in Berlin now, 
where they are participating  in the  
European Young Conservatives governing body meeting.
We are now  presenting Vahe Enfiajyan's  speech at the official opening ceremony:
I greet all the participants of the European young conservative’s turnout. I am glad to see educated and polite people here who deal with politics and have their contributions in raising and solving public problems.  Prosperous Armenia party has become member of the big family of Europe’s young conservatives. We stress the importance of such high level of cooperation and we are confident that our cooperation will be effective and lasted. I am sure, that such kinds of meetings contribute to the strengthening of cooperation, exchange experience, establishment of friendly relations between the two organizations. In the year of 2015, Armenia and the whole civilized world is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Armenian genocide perpetrated by the Ottoman Empire in 1915, during which 1.5 million innocent Armenians were killed. 100 years have already passed and the world has given its assessment to the above-mentioned.
At the end, I hope that in the nearest future our country will have the honor to host young conservative leader’s turnout. Thank you for your attention.  I wish effective work to the organizers and participants.
