Vanadzor Branch of the National Center for the Arts during his tenure has brought up and trained different generations. The one and unique in region the center without state care is in poor condition. After knocking at many doors, the center decided to appeal to "Gagik Tsarukyan" charitable foundation. The positive response was not late. Wife of PAP president Gagik Tsarukyan, Javahir Tsarukyan personally visited Vanadzor branch of the National Center for the Arts, got acquainted with the problems and concerns of employees.

In Vanadzor Javahir Tsarukyan also visited the National Dramatic Theatre after H. Abelyan, which was celebrating its 80th anniversary. On the occasion of this important theatrical event from "Gagik Tsarukyan" charitable foundation was provided one million drams in order to stage for free the best three performances from theatre repertoire for the residents of Vanadzor.
