Dear pupils, students, teachers and parents, I cordially congratulate you on the beginning of the school year.

For our people education and training, writing and teaching have always been essential values. Beginning with the school desks these values must be grafted in our children, love of learning and the pursuit of the inexhaustible treasury of knowledge.
Our children need to have knowledge in tune with the time, get Armenian spirit education, to be fully developed, so as soon as this generation will be able to implement the goals of our nation and state. In this case, their invaluable contribution have our pedagogues, teachers and lecturers, on the basis of one's knowledge presented to form, worthy of our nation and state and citizens.
Again and again I congratulate you on the occasion of the first of September I wish our children health, a big commitment and hard work in achieving the implementation of the most desired dreams.
