International Youth Educational Forum of the CIS countries, which takes place under the auspices of "Prosperous Armenia" president Gagik Tsarukyan, officially launched in Tsakhkadzor. The opening ceremony was attended by senior officials from Armenia and guests from CIS countries. PAP President Gagik Tsarukyan welcomed the forum participants, noting that such an event is an incentive for young people communication, creating new connections and acquaintances, creating a more long-term new projects.

On the opening ceremony was made a congratulatory message to the forum participants from the Government of the Russian Federation, in particular on behalf of Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Chairman of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov.
