In the only sport higher educational institution of Republic, Armenian State Institute of Physical Education, taught many famous athletes. Graduate of this institute is also president of NOCA Gagik Tsarukyan. On the position of Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture council chairman, was unanimously re-elected honorary professor of institute Gagik Tsarukyan.

NOCA President in his speech welcomed the council members and expressed gratitude for the joint work within 5 years.
