ABOVYAN CELEBRATED ITS 47 YEARS ANNIVERSARY WITH BIG SCHICK

Honorary citizen of Abovyan Gagik Tsarukyan visited Abovyan to mark the 47th anniversary of the city. Abovyan citizens met the leader of PAP with great enthusiasm and traditional bread and salt. Series of events began with the opening of completely renovated Victory Park near the city hall. The opening red ribbon was cutted by the “Prosperous Armenia” party's president Gagik Tsarukyan, Mayor of Abovyan Karapet Guloyan and ex-mayor Karo Israelyan.

Celebrations with the support of the charity fund "Gagik Tsarukyan" continued at the stadium of the city. In his congratulatory speech Gagik Tsarukyan noted that the process of city development will continue and only due to prolonged work can be achieved prosperous Abovyan and welfare life for the Abovyan citizens.

The mayor of Abovyan Karapet Guloyan in his turn greeted and congratulated his citizens. "We all need to evaluate the historical past of our city and build new."

Activities devoted to 47th anniversary of the city ended with the celebratory salute.
