I heartily congratulate you on the occasion of the 9th of May, Victory and Peace Day. Exactly 65 years ago at the cost of your heroic struggle, commitment and dedication you put our victory, ensuring a peaceful and safe existence of the Armenian people. On this auspicious day of the May victories we salute you and express our respect and gratitude to the thousands of Armenian sons who laid down their lives for freedom and independence of our country.

Your victory over fascism becomes an inexhaustible source of inspiration and role model for generations. Your selfless example was followed by our current heroes of Artsakh liberation war, with the price of their blood they proof the right of Armenian people on the peaceful and dignified life, freeing the ancient capital of Artsakh, Shushi on 9th May 1992. We paid a high price for having the peace today and should piously cherish immortal memory of our heroes.

Dear veterans, again and again I congratulate you on this momentous day, I wish you good health, peace and prosperity for our country and people.
