On 28 August 2009 in the media tacked place the publications, in which provided members of the former fact-finding group A.K. and S.S. stated that during the events of 1st March 2008 several high-ranking officials and MPs were given military uniforms, as to incite arson and looting that occurred that day in the capital.

Nobody close to Gagik Tsarukyan was involved in any way in the events of the 1st of March. The distributors of this type of false information are attempting to deflect public attention from the real responsibles for the tragic events of 1st of March, with the help of numerous fictions to blacken the good name and honor of Gagik Tsarukian.
