Vardan Vardanyan gave an importance to the role of all three ministries in the matter of country’s prosperity. “I would like to shortly refer to collaborative efforts of those members of “Prosperous Armenia”  Party that are engaged in Legislative and Executive Bodies of RA. The members of Parliamentary faction of “Prosperous Armenia” are in constant contact with our Ministers. I want to remind especially the 2008-2009 State Budget discussions, during which our co-operation displayed its best manifestations”, summarized Vardan Vardanyan.

Vardan Vardanyan also expressed his will of making collaborative actions with the Legislative body much more productive. In 2008, “Prosperous Armenia” Party members won the local elections in 91 villages and in 7 towns of RA. According to Vardan Vardanyan, this fact moreover obliges the party to accomplish its mission.

At the end of his speech, Vardan Vardanyan assured that the whole party will remain loyal to party's leader Gagik Tsarukian’s principle, which states that “Everyone will be awarded commensurate to his or her work”.
