Recording, that the atmosphere of public dissidence and mutual incompatibility is not yet totally surmounted we express our solidarity to all political parties and leaders, who act from the standpoint of strengthening national unity and for the sake of it are ready to participate in a political dialogue.

The formation of a new political culture in Armenia is vital challenge today. The atmosphere of mutual endurance is the only acceptable environment to effectively implement third generation reforms and further expand the democracy.

We condemn all the efforts of hostile and malicious perversion of the free and unblemished competition of political ideas. We are sure that the political future of Armenia is possible only in the environment of free expression of ideas, of honest and civil competition of political forces. The modern world realities do not allow having any alternative choice for the political forces of Armenia but walking commensurate to the course of time.  

The formation of lively national ideas and the deep settlement of humanistic values in Armenian reality are possible only in the conditions of benevolent public forbearance and civilized exchange of ideas.
