This year also, by the established tradition, upon the initiative of “Prosperous Armenia” Party and with the support of “Gagik Tsarukyan” charity fund more than two hundred thousand children where  surprised by the unexpected new year visits. Hundreds of Santa Clauses and Snow Maidens were getting prepared days before for presenting the gifts.

Santa Clauses visited several families with many children in Arabkir. Four teenagers are growing in Avagyan family. They were impatiently looking forward to the visit of Santa Claus. Everywhere the visits were turning into real celebrations.

Children that had gathered in many squares and streets of the capital were getting surprised by seeing a car with Santa Clauses and Snow Maidens with presents.

The geography of the New Year visits that were being carried out upon the initiative of «Prosperous Armenia» political party was not just limited to our capital Yerevan. Children of all marzes were also happily surprised by the visits of Santa Clauses and Snow Maidens. Santa Clauses also visited the children of deceased fighters for freedom. 

During the whole year, upon the initiative and contribution of Gagik Tsarukyan, freeman of Abovyan city numerous events have been carried out in «Satenik» charity fund’s «Narek» retirement home in Abovyan, Kotayk Marz. This year also, those under care received presents on the New Year and celebrated New Year Holiday round the festal table.

Later the members of the PAP council on Sport and youth affairs met the president of PAP Gagik Tsarukyan. PAP leader first of all congratulated the young party members on the holiday mentioning that the future of our country is in the hands of our youth and we must do our best for removing all the obstacles on their way. Within the frames of the meeting, all young people who were presenting gifts to 200 thousand children, who took the role of Santa Clauses and Snow Maidens throughout the whole territory of our country, were rewarded. The best 10 couples received TV's as a reward. The young party members on their turn presented an official thank you note to PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan for his continuous support and care.
